We are not able to deliver to a PO BOX.
We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. However, Pearl And Rubies is more than happy to provide assistance.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched and a maximum of 20 working days for delivery from the order date.
Please note that it does take up to 24 hours for tracking to be available on your parcel after your parcel has been dispatched.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges.
Making an exchange is easy. Request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order by sending an e-mail to customercare@pearlandrubies.com.
You are liable for all the return fees and charges including the handling charges. The charges will be deducted from the price of the item you are choosing to return and exchange.
ALTERATION SERVICE
All our pieces are crafted with the utmost care and designed to last. This is why we offer an alteration service. Each alteration case is assessed on a one-to-one basis.

We will get back to you with a quote for the alteration service. If you are happy with it, you can send us your piece to the address we provide of our alteration center. You are liable for all the shipping fees and charges including the handling charges. - Confirmation
Once we receive your piece, we will assess it and our team will be in touch to confirm the final quote and take payment. - Alterations
A member of our team will meticulously alter your piece. - Return
Once the alteration work has been completed, your piece will be returned to you. We will handle the shipping charges back to you. You are responsible for for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All our items are checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If you receive any faulty item contact us immediately on customercare@pearlandrubies.com.
We prefer that the items are returned back to us via tracked courier to insure they arrive safely, however you can return them back to us via any other secure courier service.
